Be mindful this is nothing like your Nanna’s knitted holiday special – unveiled this morning, Nike’s new Free Flyknit boasts the most advanced lightweight technology in running right now.
To properly welcome these knitted warriors into the world, Nike delivers a limited run of color combinations celebrating the cities that Nike Running Crews call home. Aptly titled the ‘City Collection’, each model will be released in their respective cities – London, Tokyo and Paris become available July 20, Shanghai debuts July 28, New York City on August 9 and the collection comes to a close with the release of the Rio de Janeiro Free Flyknit on September 5.
